Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING A SERVICE!!! CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Deposits • All deposits for services NON-REFUNDABLE. • For permanent makeup & brow services – a minimum of 2 days notice is required to reschedule and transfer your deposit to a new date. • If proper notice is not given, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. Rescheduling • You may reschedule your brow appointment ONE TIME, provided that the required notice period is met. • Deposits are transferable to a future date but NOT refundable if proper notice is given • No refunds will be given for any services performed. No-Show & Last-Minute Cancellations • If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel last-minute, your deposit will be forfeited and no future appointments will be accepted. LATE POLICY • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded. • To reschedule, a new deposit will be required. • If a deposit was not made, a $100 late cancellation fee will be applied before rebooking (fee is subject to change at any time). 💡 Please be mindful that each appointment requires time and precision. If I am running slightly behind due to the client before you, I appreciate your patience. If you are traveling or have a tight schedule, allow extra time in case your service runs longer than expected. WHO SHOULD NOT BOOK PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES? You should NOT book permanent makeup if you: • Are pregnant, nursing, or diabetic • Are taking blood-thinning medications • Have viral infections or diseases • Are undergoing chemotherapy • Are under the age of 18 • Are currently using Accutane ADDITIONAL TERMS • By booking an appointment, you agree to all terms listed above. • No refunds will be given for deposits, services, or training. • All clients must follow the pre-procedure and aftercare instructions for the best results.
